As much as possible we use earth-friendly materials sourced from local suppliers. We are versatile, highly skilled builders with over one hundred years combined experience. Construction Management

With decades of experience in general contracting, we provide comprehensive construction management and full oversight for every phase of the build. Our long-standing relationships with reliable and highly skilled subcontractors help us coordinate the right team for each stage of the project, while careful scheduling, time management, and material coordination keep everything moving efficiently. We place a strong emphasis on safety throughout the process, ensuring the jobsite remains organized, controlled, and managed with care. From handling deliveries to maintaining smooth project flow, we take care of the details that keep your build on track and completed with confidence.

Roofing and siding

Mindful Building has extensive experience building and renovating homes specifically in Southern Maine, making us uniquely qualified to complete even the most challenging roofing projects. Our primary focus is residential asphalt shingle and EPDM rubber roof installation and replacement. We have completed thousands of projects in our 20 plus years in the industry and would welcome the opportunity to meet with you, exchange ideas about your roof system and provide you with a free estimate.
